Oriental Koi makes

I was having crafting withdrawel symptoms this morning and stood and made these two cards.

The card is Kanbans Oriental dragon (green one) and Oriental Blossom (pink one) with matching trim, the fish are some peel offs that I adore and have in my stash which I have layered onto some sheets OH got me aaages ago, they are peelable (so can cut your own stickers etc). I used a red glitter effet on that has the effect of scales almost. Reminded me of the effect of a Koi’s scales when they catch the light and shimmer

I have purposely kept them simple so the glitter backing on the fish stand out..

Like how they turned out, something a little different.

I used fabric that i got from Natalie ones in a RAK, and decided to make a take with it, hope you like it, it is a bit different to my normal thing.

I made this very quick decoupage card adhering to some of the summer bloom paper

added on a couple of flowers and gems and layered the papers, decorated the inside too

OK here’s another one Ladies. the same Gorjuss Girl stamp, this time I coloured her in Reds and Greens to give her a Christmas Feel, added some Chrsitmas Papers, flowers, bling and Punched Snowflakes.. this is for another challenge.

The first is a card for my daughter and son-in-laws wedding anniversary to-day and the second is for a friends daughter who gets married next Saturday.

I enjoyed making these cards as they have so many different elements to them, Iris folding, ribbon weaving and the sewn on beads.
