Hi everyone

We’ve noticed how much you’ve loved this issue’s (LMC31) kit so were wondering if you could let us know what it is that makes it so inspirational and easy to work with. Also are there any elements that you would like to see more of or is there anything that is not currently included that you would like to be in the kit?

We always appreciate your feedback and of course your opinions as readers really matter to us.

Thank you
FOLDED 12 x12 POCKET CARD

My entry for the St. Patrick’s Day Challenge
is a pocket card made out of folded 12X12 paper.

I learned how to do it at the SECC last year.

I can’t find it on the Web (maybe one of you might be luckier!)
so here are the steps, for anyone who is interested:

1) fold the 12x12 in four.

With right side facing, cut off two opposite corners,
the lower left side being about 1.5 cm (1/2 inch) deeper than the upper right one.
(if using paper, just fold these corners for strength)

    Slit along RHS fold.

2) Turn reverse side uppermost

3) Fold lower left side UP

4) Fold WHOLE of RHS over to the left.

5) Turn over to the inside of the card.

6) FRONT- ready to decorate and fill.

7) Mine.

Good luck!!

I’m really hooked on these window cards (as i call them) because the sides of a square card have been folded inwards so that it opens out like a window. Here’s another 2 i made yesterday. Thanks for looking:

Bracelets made with RAKs from NikBee :)

Hi folks,

I got these beautiful beads in a recent RAK which Nikki kindly surprised me with, I knew as soon as I saw them that these little flower spacers from my stash would work quite nicely

The round beads in this bracelet were also from Nikki and the cubes were in a lovely RAK from Caroline (MagpiesDelights), they work together really well.

I am in the process of making some things for a charity fundraising to hopefully provide a Kenyan village with electricity so I’m going to part with one of these for that - I can’t decide which one I can bear to part with yet though

Thank you again Nikki for the fab RAK, and Caroline too as those cubes also came from a fab RAK, you are very generous ladies and it’s most appreciated.
