Everyone at Crafts Beautiful and its sister titles would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and the Happiest of New Years! As 2008 comes to a close we have are amazed at how much you can pack into one year.
Our brand new shiny website was re-launched over a year ago now and has become, not only a great crafting resource, but a place to meet up and socialise! The forum has grown to an astonishing 27,500 members which shows what a fun and friendly place it is. From the beginning of 2008 CB staff have kept an eye out for extra special members and have awarded them with the prestigious title of Member of the Month! The coveted title is rewarded with a box full of crafty stash, making it that bit extra special.
As the forum grew Kate Hemmings appointed new moderators to keep an eye on things! The 'mod-squad' help make sure the forum runs smoothly and were chosen for their crafty talent and helpful nature!The summer saw another crafty line-up change with Jenny Hall leaving for pastures new and Emma Ward joining the team!
One year after the re-launch of the site we threw our first Online Christmas Party for the lovely forum, which was a great success! Guest flocked to the virtual bar and then took full advantage of the exclusive downloads, unmissable competitions and Christmas inspired party games.
On top of all the online excitement we have also enjoyed putting together 13 craftastic issues and hope you enjoyed them as much as we did. However you choose to celebrate this year, everyone at CB HQ hope you have a wonderful time!
